Quills in hot water?

Just read on the parkin fabrics facebook page that they recommend putting quills in hot water to soften them before curling. I thought this was interesting. Does anyone else use this method?Continue

Hi All, I am looking for some inspiration for studio design. - I am a stay at home mother of two childeren, a pidgeon pair, two year old and 6 month old. I love being able to be at home with them but I also love that Millinery helps me to fullfil my creative side and helps me to feel valued in other ways. One day I would love to own my own studio and have a Monday to Friday job of making hats.
