I purchased the lovely bridal comb lessons, which covers veiling. It can be a bit tricky and I am still trying to master this myself.

https://youtu.be/igw2jF2Y0oY. Veiling is normally stitched over a hat! I use nylon thread to make stitched invisible but I give you link to a milliner who runs some demos in her store yo assist you.
