I Love Hats Because?: I love the chic types of the 1940's and 1950's. In addition, Kate Middleton looks so beautiful and happy in her hats.She has revived my interest in this beautiful art form.

About Me: I will be fifty this year! I have a wonderful son and he is a gift from God. I work as a principal in a reform school in Dallas, Texas. I love working with my students and it is very rewarding to see them achieve a goal!! I am 6 feet tall and my head is 25 inches so nothing ever fits.

Millinery is not that difficult but once you know the basic techniques you will surprise yourself your own level of ability. It is so creative & you never lose a hat just reshape & retrim it.

You are wise starting with Lesson 1 as many jump to 21 then need to come back to beginning to grasp basics. Any questions do connect.
