Congratulations to Shelagh Picton, a finalist in the Merseyside Woman of the Year Competition and the winner for “Best Start up Business 2014”.  Through persistence and perseverance Shelagh has won through as millinery only came into her life a few years ago. Shelagh has added to her skills through face to face millinery classes as well as here on Hat Academy. Her success with French Flowermaking is seen here with this exquisite Montville Rose cluster made using a shot silk adorning her sinamay disc hat and the very hat she wore on her special award event.
