I Love Hats Because?
I love it because it is an art form that is so rich in its history and its allows me to enjoy also enjoy the process of making hats on so many levels whilst being able to explore and go beyond many of its creative potential. Not to mention the ability to also enjoy it as a beautiful craft.
About Me
I am a full time visual artist which has always been fascinated with the endless possibilities and creative process in millinery. I am self taught on a very elementary level but I am looking to explore many creative opportunities in millinery to the most advanced level. I am hoping that my background as an visual artist will aid me through that journey,

So pleased youfound me through Google, Eric. I am excited you have a desire to learn Millinery -once I teach you techniques you will be surprised where the creativity will lead you. I viewed your works on website- love your work. Yes with this artistic ability you will be ahead of the rest.
Glad you purchased Lesson 1 as it is the basics that will stand you in good stead as you venture with a variety of straws & fabric. I was trained to include fabric to create something unique as there is such a variety of fabric in the world.
In New year I will be offering lessons using leather as well as lessons on French flowermaking but with petals in tonal shades.
