Hat sizing

Hi, I have taken the felt hat course and have recieved my first commission for a felt cloche! I am very excited but I'm not sure how to handle specific client measurements. I only have one cloche hat block and it is sized slightly smaller than my clients head measurements. How can I adjust the sizing of the hat without buying a larger block size?

I Love Hats Because?
I started loving hats from my trips to antique stores as a young girl. I always love trying on all the vintage hats. It facinates me how common and important hats were throughout history and how they dropped from prevelance in current society.
About Me
I am a young graphic designer in Upstate, NY. I enjoy all hands on arts from painting to book arts, to sewing, caligraphy and more. I have been stuck on the dream of learning millenary since I started researching the art in college. I hope to someday become a milliner.
