Hi, I have taken the felt hat course and have recieved my first commission for a felt cloche! I am very excited but I'm not sure how to handle specific client measurements. I only have one cloche hat block and it is sized slightly smaller than my clients head measurements. How can I adjust the sizing of the hat without buying a larger block size?
I started loving hats from my trips to antique stores as a young girl. I always love trying on all the vintage hats. It facinates me how common and important hats were throughout history and how they dropped from prevelance in current society.
