Make sure you have a clear picture of what "personality" you want to convey.  Who do you want to market to.  There are many types of brides, who do you want to attract?  The romantic bride? Edgy bride? Traditional bride? Country bride? 

I am most drawn to photo shoots that tell a story--this could just be the writer in me coming out, however.
