Sharon Panozzo replied to Queen E. Settles's discussion Loosen Plastic Headband"Edith is right. You can also soak in hot water to soften but it depends on the plastic as to how workable it will become."

Settles's discussion Loosen Plastic Headband"Sorry forgot to add you can put band in oven tray temperature similar to meringue making 100/150 degrees for a few mins then qickle transfer sotened headband unto a block or head shape and leave to cool! Obviously don't let band melt!!!!"
