Jennifer Patience replied to Viorica Hiriczko's discussion Melusine stiffener
"Hi Elaine, do you have any tips on how to deal with stiffening the brim in the case of an upturned velour or Melusine?  I'm wary of the white marks or fading if I add stiffener there. thanks^"

used JudithM.com No. 3050-head-kit-20 head block kit. I took the felt and fitted it to head and then manipulated the felt to come up with the raised crease in the top. I then cut it to the one sided design you see. Hope this helps - it is fun to make and allows you to create!
