do you have any tips on how to deal with stiffening the brim in the case of an upturned velour or Melusine? I'm wary of the white marks or fading if I add stiffener there.

Sheila L. Dozier said… used JudithM.com No. 3050-head-kit-20 head block kit. I took the felt and fitted it to head and then manipulated the felt to come up with the raised crease in the top. I then cut it to the one sided design you see. Hope this helps - it is fun to make and allows you to create!
