I Love Hats Because?
Hats and headpieces add an element of glamour and drama to any outfit or event. I love the theatrical qualities that a hat can bring out in the wearer. They showcase your personality or mood for the evening, bring out your eyes and your smile.
About Me
I am the owner of BellaRegina Designs. BellaRegina translates as Beautiful Queen and is also the combination of my two daughter's names. So pleased you have joined me here in Hat Academy, Cara. I hope you find it inspiring and learn extra skills to add to your collection. It is such a Creative art we never stop learning. Yes it is a very happy group of Milliners. We can some times feel very isolated as work in our studio. I am here to help you as you learn new skills.
