- Hats are a wonderful expression and give the wearer the opportunity to be coy, playful, up, sexy, proper and on and on. They are a relatively quick (1-2 days, more or less depending on the project)process and very gratifying.

- I've been fashions designing and creating for many years and now own By Design in Alton, IL. I create couture garments for clients and 3 years ago began the By Design School of Fashion.
