I Love Hats Because?: As I was growing up we always wore hats I think it completes an outfit

About Me: I am a fashion design student at TAFE for 2013 and I need to make a hat as part of this course. I am going to a hat making course next weekend and I am trying to find something I like that would match a 50's style garment for the spring race carnival.
