- I am the owner /designer at Artikal Handcrafted Millinery a NYC headwear company based in the east village. We offer classes and workshops in millinery techniques. We specialize in vintage inspired headwear from knits, fascinators, couture bridal, freeform velour hats and straw summer hats. We also host hens, bachelorettes and birthday fascinator making parties.

Wonderful you found our website. So pleased you have joined me in Hat Academy and hope you find it inspiring. I am committed to helping you add to your skills.
I set this up to help Beginners but hope you pick up extra tips (Thermo plastic and leather flower classes coming this year)-once you learn the basic techniques you will be surprised how creative you can be. Millinery is a creative art & in huge demand currently.
