Inspired by my love for Ursula and the little mermaid I present a new headpiece! This piece is painstakingly stitched into submission and topped with a beautiful glittered sea horse. Feather anemones and seaweed float as you wear this surprisingly light headdress. The wire frame stabilizes it on your head and has elastic that hides in your hair to keep it in place.
