After making this for a friend going to comic con I've been making tons of Super Hero inspired hats ever since. This is merino wool felt that is steamed, stiffened, and blocked over a wooden hat block. After words it is wired for stability and hand sewn to perfection. All of my patterns for these fun hats are made by hand, hand cut, and hand stitched. For the final touch I hand swarovski a little bling onto the hat.
