Using one of my many hat blocks this one of a kind piece is created. Tea dyed lace is sewn on to a mint colored percher cocktail hat and finished with some vintage golden ribbon. A ghostly golden baroness is added. The tulle, lace accents, and peacock feathers are also tea dyed to give a lovely aged color to the piece.

Attaches with elastic that slips behind your head and has two loops for pinning.
