I blocked a free form navy sinamay shape of my head block to create a one of a kind percher tilt hat. Once it was blocked and pinned I shredded every inch of the sinamay creating the waved torn affect that makes this hat so beautiful. After it was dry I made a wire base for pinning to your hair and put peacock fringe in between the folds to make the shredded sinamay have a iridescent glow to it. It's finished with a metal button and two curled peacock swords. This is perfect for any steampunk event, standing out at the races, or even turning heads at high tea.

It took me hours to make but it was a labor of love. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
