This short brim cloche hat is made from a wonderful vintage melosine rabbit fur felt hood from Austria.

The color of the hood is a dusty lavender color. Because the fur is long this color changes with lighting conditions from being very dark to very light lavender.

The hat was hand formed with a slightly flared brim and the fur continues to the inside of the under-brim.

The accent ribbon is vintage grosgrain in a matching lavender. You can change the look of the hat by putting a pin or flower of you choice in the space between the ribbon loops.

Hand blocked and hand sewn.

Fits 21 1/2" - 22 1/2" head size. It is unlined but has a grosgrain band. This sits onto the head and can have a comb at the front and/or an elastic band to help secure it to the head. Please let me know your preference when purchasing.
