This lovely red fascinator hat is made from a fantastic vintage velour felt from Czechoslovakia. This felt is incredibly soft and beautiful.

The accents on the hat include an asymmetrical design in black cording on the front fold and 2 circular designs in the same cording at the back fold. Each of these designs have black beaded centers.

The brim is trimmed in a black velvet band.

Hand formed and hand sewn.

The hat is held onto the head with an elastic band and a small comb at the back.

Fits most as it sits atop the head. It is satin lined and has a grosgrain band.
