I had the pleasure of making this hat for the Carrie Diaries! Episode Air Date 1/10/14

Using sequin fabric I covered a hand blocked buckram frame to create this sparkly piece. The sequins can be moved different directions to create a new color on top. Attaches with elastic and two loops for pinning.
