This is my interpretation of a Victorian Riding Hat. One of a kind and made from quality wool felt. This mini hat was blocked on a vintage hat block.

The hat features several layers of vintage ribbons including a gorgeous vintage ribbon in mottled gray tones, a black woven tulip trim, a Victorian inspired chevron lace, and a thin back bead.

The hat can be worn either on a tilt or straight on top of the head. It is not meant to fit over the head, but instead is held on with traditional milliner's black elastic.

The hat is approximately 6 inches tall. The inside headsize is approximately 6 inches (15.2 cm) in diameter and the brim measures approximately 9 inches (22.9 cm) in diameter.
