This deep green hat is made from a vintage wool felt hood.

The hat was hand formed and hand sewn.

The brim of the hat is shaped in an umbrella style with hand shaped folds to emphasize the crown and give it a 1930s to 1940s look.

The crown and brim are trimmed using a vintage light green braid and accented with a hand made felt flower toward the front.

This is a reproduction of a simple 1930s to 1940s hat like those often seen in period movies.

The hat is held onto the head with a felt covered headband sewn inside so it will tilt to fit the head. It can fit a 21 1/2" to 22 1/2"comfortably.

It is unlined to accommodate the headband. (see last picture)
