Hello fellow milliners? Could someone please advise me on what I am doing wrong on making a fluffy ostrich pompom (image below)? I tried making them with ostrich trim AND making my own trim based on the feather itself. Either way it bulks spat the bottom despite my attempts to keep it clean and I can never achieve a full fluffy effect. What am I doing wrong? How many meters of ostrich trim would you use to make it fluffy and round? Thanks you in advance!
