Waterproof hats
I would like to know what to use to make a hat that can be worn in rainy weather? Is there is some spray or special stiffener maybe?

I use simple scotch guard on mine. Seems odd doesn't work for a raining cats and dogs but I need to run to car with no umbrella light rain....
