How excited are you when your customer sends you a message to thank you for the hat or headpiece you have made! In 1995 this was a letter received through a Gold Coast store from a customer in California. Back then it was laminated and on display in store but thankfully today we have a few more options.
How do you share your client hat love?

When I get a message from a client who loves one of my hats I am walking on air for several days. I never share the information publically unless I have permission from the client. If I get permission I use the information on my web site or other social media (hopefully with pictures of a smiling face under said hat.).
