Not sure this is the right place, correct me if I'm wrong, newbie:)

I have a client that ordered a felt hat with a downward folded outer brim edge. Upward folding is okay too, the problem is, how do I do this so that it turns out neatly?

I don't own a fitting brim block nor a curling iron, this is going to be a freeform hat.

Anybody any tips?
