Msario.co.uk are Spain and uk based and they have shop on eBay selling those and postage internationally is reasonable.

Boon and Lane in Luton sell egg irons, they are very expensive but a very versatile tool that can be useful in quite a few situations when making hats.

Do you mean Luton in UK Evelyne?  If so, I have found other suppliers in the UK and the shipping of something like that makes it unfeasible. I have a friend coming over at Easter, but haven't had the courage to ask her to bring something with any sort of weight like that - though she is bringing me one or two other things that are lighter, that I'm having trouble getting here.

What to other people use to get into the curves of the hat?

I'm thinking those ball things used for ribbon.

Apologies Ruth for not adding UK after Luton. To get into the curves of a hat I use a small pad of tissue paper held inside the curve and another small piece of tissue cover where you wish to press with an iron, a shot of steam in the area you are working on makes it malleable. Hope this makes sense, regards Evelyne.
