Dear Friends,

I 'm going to use cotton abaca fabric for my first time to make a fascinator. I've prepared the base also blocking abaca. Now I'm going to hand modeling a free shape on it. I'm thinking to aplly a plastic wire at the edege of the pieces of abaca I'll use. Could you please tell me if it's a right way to procede?

I thank you.

Personally I prefer the metal millinery wire as it's more stable and will not change the shape of fascinators, but to each their own.  But yes you are correct in procedure

Thank you, dear Edith F  !
