Attaching boaters
I am in the process of making a boater style hat. The crown does not fit on the head, but is smaller. How do most people make these to attach to the head...headband, elastic? Thanks!

Yep,elastic and comb just as Elaine said. But, also remind customers that they can add hair pins to the elastic, or even combs if you use the right ones, for even more security.
