"I also wanted to add... be very careful with solvent based glues! These really seem to lift the foil off some leathers :(. I always use water based PVA glue for metallic leathers :)"
I can start in the morning with a pile of materials on the work table, and finish in the afternoon with something truly beautiful and magical that I have created with clever hands!

I did an old school millinery apprenticeship in the 1980s and have been making hats ever since. I love to work with lace, leather and feathers. I love a contemporary style with clean lines and an understated, ladylike look.
