Hi Mrs. Elaine. thank you for the compliment. It means a lot.   The Velvet is not Vintage. I purchased it at Joann's Fabrics Store a few years back. The colors are rich and much more beautiful in person.  I went to MMU and it was very nice. Met Darryl (hat blocks) and even referred a couple of ladies to Hat Academy. One lady already  ordered a course of classes from H.A. I told her she would love this site as much as I do.
