Hi Christina, these halos are using premade headbands I have purchase from www.buniquemillinery.com a strong wire I have purchased from House of Adorn in Australia.  If you send them a message either will be happy to help you out.  To follow my work the best place is on my Instagram outbackmilliner4821.
