This is really beautiful work! I have some windowpane sinamay but have been a bit hesitant to work with it. Do you know where I could find instructions for creating a bias brim like yours so that the weave looks neat and tidy?

Tiffany - that's a good question. I made this brim at the Chateau Dumas in France in a class with Dillon Wallwork. He did a demo for Hat Magazine Issue 54 on blocking an invisible wire brim. It's the same technique except you use windowpane sinimay.
