Gladys Tamez is a traditional hat-maker from Monterrey, Mexico. Tamez fuses the traditional techniques she learned with modern design as she oversees each hat that is hand-made in her Atelier in downtown Los Angeles. Tamez draws design inspiration from a vast array of influences including vintage fashion, street style, classic western wear, contemporary art and Rock and Roll.
