About Me: Through heads hearts & hands, Dee markets her own line of handmade artistic headwear and accessories. Dee channels her creative energy through materials like straw, felt and fabric as well as non-traditional materials like plastic and metal cloth to create work that has an organic feel. Her fashion forward, edgy, designs often create the illusion of movement and strive to reflect a global sensibility.

In addition to operating heads hearts & hands, Dee also coordinates a group of local Milliners under the name Millinery Arts Coalition.

To explain her choice of the name heads hearts & hands, for her design business Hall said, “It’s a metaphor for passion, because for me, passion is fueled in the head, is born in the heart and manifests through the hands.
