Inspired by elegant hat shapes from the early 20th century, UK Label "Betsy Hatter" creates wearable hats and fascinators with a whimsical twist. Her love for vintage is reflected in the fine detail including the frock for the photo shoot. This percher hat style was popular in the 40's era and was so named as it gave the resemblance of a bird atop the head. It was usually worn on an angle as seen in Betsys photo.
