Mark Garvie may be one of Irelands leading bespoke milliners but with this piece his love to design and create takes us all to the fantastic Great Barrier Reef on the other side of the world. The fantasy of the underwater world comes alive with graceful jelly fish and the ethereal mermaid adorned with sea urchins and coral – a mastery in crinoline.  Mark recently received an award for his felt creation at the Ireland Hatwalk National Designer Competition.
