Tracy Chaplin is a couture milliner who like many was trained under Rose Cory, milliner to the late Queen Mother. Like many of Rose’s students she has become a internationally renowned milliner and for the last decade Tracy has worked with couturiers in Belgravia  designing hats for their aristocratic clientele. The precision displayed in this hand shaped pari-sisal fan style hat is a reflection of Tracy’s millinery prowess.
