Pennsylvania Milliner Tiffany Arey creates Three–dimensional works of art that completely transform the outfit. This custom dyed sinamay hat with hand embroidered binding in cornflower blue is trimmed on the underside with flowers fashioned from hand painted ribbon in shades of white, periwinkle and dark cornflower. This hat was Tiffany’s spectacular Millinery entry at the Devon Horse Show which is the largest multi-breed horse event in USA. The front is accented with an oversize bow made from feathers and veiling with hand stitched seed pearls to complete the theme “Ribbons and Pearls.” This hat has certainly transformed the outfit and the model radiates such confidence.
