Marion Lowe has a true passion for millinery and loves using whatever she can get her hands on to make hats. "I enjoy experimenting with materials - conventional and all sorts of media not usually associated with hat making." Her millinery combines all things we love at Hat Academy as shown in the image featured of her classic pillbox style hat made with tartan and trimmed with jade silk abaca. The combination is a great contrast between two completely different textured materials, one traditional and wintery and one vibrant, modern and summery.
