Jessica Frank is a young milliner from Perth Australia and loves to push the limits in her creativity. This simple latex twist together with creative photography has helped to get her name out there for costume millinery and bridal and race headwear with a difference! This is one of her favourite shots taken from her 2013 collection title “Neila”.
