Easter Sunday has always meant a special outfit and hat for Texas milliner, Fancy Rose. This is a significant family tradition handed down through the generations. Easter 2014 was no exception. Rose created not only the hat but the white two piece suit, hat pin and clutch bag. Well done Rose and you look amazing!
