When Hat Academy tutor Elaine Mergard saw the beautiful clutch bags made by Bellinda Haase of Toowoomba she encouraged Bellinda to use her design and sewing skills in Millinery.  As a Hat Academy and USQ Summer School student, Bellinda has accelerated her skills to create her own signature styling. With sales now coming in from around Australia and overseas nothing is slowing her creativity as she strives to reach a new level.
