Her father was a shoe designer and her mother, a women's clothing designer so it would be hard to imagine that milliner Annette Higgins wouldn't take the same path and follow in their creative footprint, and we are so glad she did! Annette found her passion like many milliners, when she couldn't find something to wear that was just right. She took matters into her own hands and as you can see she hasn't looked back since! Her pieces now adorn the heads of admirers from around the world attending events from the Kentucky Derby to the Royal Ascot.
The featured image is an incredibly detailed, navy percher headpiece inspired by Rebecca Share's Percher Course. We adore the way Annette has put her signature mark on it, adding texture, height with feathers and veiling.
