Taking steps together for for Australian mental health. On Monday March 10 Labour Day, walk in your biggest, most fabulous hat to support Mental Health First Aid. It runs courses in first aid counselling for anyone who wishes to learn, so that we can provide support to those around us who may be suffering a mental health crisis.
