MILLINER: FAY ENGLANDER

Her passon for millinery was given to her by her mother and she has been dabbling in her craft ever since. Fay has a strong following of close family, friends and loyal clients who keep her busy making her beautiful headpieces.

Fay Englander is a member of a local church group which hosts a stall every year for which she and a group of hat lovers refurbish old hats and create new designs to be sold and donated to charity. It is so nice to see how Fay's willingness to give to others has been combined with her love of millinery. Her Label "Frizz Lids" came from her childhood, where the hats they wore to church were called lids!

Fay's millinery style reflects a theme of beautiful cocktail style hats, trimmed with an assortment of shaped feathers, veiling, delicate flowers and tulle and are all guaranteed to hide any bad hair day! This bold combination of trimmings all in red, is a fabulous refection of Fay's designs. "Hats make me feel elegant and confident, they are the perfect finishing touch to a woman's outfit."
