Profile Information

I Love Hats Because?
I was drawn to Millinery for its uniqueness. I just love how a headpiece might be a simple, elegant accessory to complete an outfit; or an incredible piece of design and skill that can showcase your personality, creativity and make an outfit.
About Me
I refined my millinery techniques studying at the Melbourne Fashion Institute. Having moved from Sydney I was keen to do something I'd always thought about pursuing, but never had.
I've always been creative whether it's drawing, sewing or painting. I was drawn to Millinery for its ability to be as creative as you want to be, sometimes you have to plan and construct some pieces. It can be challenging!
I love being able to manipulate the materials and fabrics, use different textures and techniques to bring a drawing or idea to life.
