- I am a lady of the country and have a love of Bolero hats, also known as boater hats. I have made knitted hats and sewn fur hats but when I saw the Bolero, I fell in love. Never did it cross my mind it was possible for me to make until I read an article on Millinery in our local country magazine. I researched and found this site. It is an inspiration.
