Noeleen millinery was etsablished in 2014 and the business recently relocated to a new hat studio/showroom in Kowloon Bay Hong Kong. These Brim techniques can be added to hatinators also. All these styles have been great sellers for me

Trust you are enjoying living in Hong Kong and you are truly lucky when it comes to choices for fashion shopping!
Further to your question, yes! we certainly ship to Hong Kong and already have a few regular customers from there. After you make your purchases and go to check-out, you'll have the option of choosing which type of shipping service you would like to use. We recommend the 'pack and track' service.
Thermoplastic is really fun and exciting and would be great for the types of designs that we can see in your gallery. Have fun with it and if its not quite right then it can be heated and re-moulded as many times as you like!
